Having to fish the biggest tournament of the year on the Columbia river a week after the FLW pounded it in September, I knew the fish would be extra skidish. So my father and I strictly ran 8lb Flouracarbon to our carolina rigs. We ended up catching 17.42lbs of smallmouth and took home nearly $30,000 in cash and prizes.
